Royalties

Royalties compensate authors for the use of their works.  Check the appropriate option:

Option A. The standard royalty for A New Dress for Mona is $60 (U.S.) per performance.  This applies to stage productions by amateur groups with maximum seating capacities of 400. 

Option B. Professional groups, amateurs with audiences larger than 400, and TV, Radio, or Film productions require special arrangements.  Please include detailed proposal with this form.

Option C.  Certain amateur productions for whom $60 (U.S.) per performance is burdensome may request a partial royalty waiver.  Please submit a detailed description of your intended production along with this form. 

When we receive your application, we will determine if performance rights are available for the dates and area you have requested. We will then either send you a contract or an explanation of refusal.  Royalties should be paid no later than one week prior to the first performance
